Anne Coughlan

Founder + Lead Consultant, Supporting Roles Interactive Training Inc.

Experienced founder of the global firm Supporting Roles Interactive Training Inc.  For over 20 years Supporting Roles has provided professional training and development programs in the Financial Services sector, at all levels; from partnering on delivering the groundbreaking Bay Street Deconstructed program to 15 year olds across Canada, all the way up to the C-Suite with companies like BMO, Scotiabank, CIBC, RBC, TD Canada Trust, JPMorgan Chase, HBSC, KPMG, Deloitte, to name a few.  Anne is a Professional Actor, (ACTRA member), a Business Actor & Real-Time Coach, a Certified Professional Facilitator through the Institute of Cultural Affairs and a member of the Learning Through Action (LTA) Faculty Team at the Ivey School of Business, at Western University. She is a key partner on numerous business programs for HBAs, MBAs, EMBAs and The Ivey Academy's professional development programs for industry working with Executives.  

Jane Coughlan

Lead Facilitator, Bay Street Deconstructed

Senior Associate Education, Supporting Roles Interactive Training Inc. 

Jane has been an innovative and dynamic educator of teens and teachers for over 20 years across three Boards of Education in Ontario, Canada and two International Schools in Spain. Jane was Centrally Assigned to the TDSB Leadership Team for a number of years as an active member of both The Ministry of Education's Career Development and Student Success initiatives, training, and classroom programs. Jane co-authored the Grade 10 Career Studies textbook and Teachers Guide WorkSmart, and its companion ThinkSmart, the Grade 11 and 12 Advanced Learning Strategies textbook. Her writing leadership and publications also include: Discovering the Workplace, a Resource Guide for English Language Learners and The Career Studies Credit Recovery Course for TDSB which garnered her the Elmer Huff Award from (OSCA) Ontario School Counsellors Association for “significant publishing contribution to Guidance in Ontario.”  She Co-Chaired the Status of Women Committee for a number of years and was recognized with the Impact on Students Teacher Award from OSSTF, (Ontario Secondary School Teachers Federation) as well as The Rita Lutz Teacher of the Year Award from Beal Technical Institute.  Jane was TDSB’s Lead Facilitator of ongoing training of teachers, Guidance Counsellors, and Program Heads for two significant TDSB approved, Canada wide programs: Guiding Circles: An Aboriginal Guide to Finding Career Paths and Personality Dimensions (Personality Assessment for High School students and Adults), among many others. 

Bridget Norris-Jones

Lead Program Administrator

Bridget leads the outreach effort for Bay Street Deconstructed, working with schools across the country that sign up for the program.  She provides hands on support for educators to ensure that program delivery at their schools works seamlessly, providing their students with an exceptional educational experience.
